Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. In the event you are not happy with your purchase we offer the following full refund and exchange policy:

  • Items may be returned within 7 days from the date shipped for a full refund, and up to 15 days for exchange. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by certificate cards.
  • Any custom or made-to-order & special orders items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs, shipping fees are not refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange please email contactus@bellanojewelers.com and you will get a return authorization code in the email, please write the RA number on top of the return shipment box and ship it to:

Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, or have been engraved, sized, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. Returns that do not contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.

Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing a return.

Shipping

In-stock items normally ship out the same day of placing the order.  Items that are not in stock may take up to 4-6 weeks for production. Once we receive the item, shipping takes approximately 3 days unless specified otherwise. If you need the item rushed please email contactus@bellanojewelers.com with your proposed delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping is free for orders over $299. We use FedEx for shipping. Once the item is shipped you will receive the tracking number.
